Summing things up:

First, there has been a new Battlefield 2 Patch: 1.41. It looks like this will be the last patch sadly on this screwed up game. Our clan has shifted gears a tiny bit. We now have a Natural Selection Division, and on New Years we had a wonderful 6 hour gaming spree with NS on the Asero Servers. If you find any of those servers, you can join them as they are probably the most popular NS servers. Spr33 is always in there. Always as in always. Its kind of scary.

I haven't seen max in a while, but I do talk to him occasionally. It seems as if our clan has started to move away from BF2. For anyone who is still active, I have found a pretty cool game called Armed Assault. http://www.totalarmedassault.com/ The full game is not out yet, but you can still download the demo. I still have yet to try it, but it looks really sick.

I just want to add that we got some props for the Tweakpage that I wrote. A few people from the TotalBF2 forums said thanks for it, and on the first 2 months, we got over 1100 views. Not bad.

Ok, its been a while since I updated this page, so here's some news. Our clan is sortof dying out as no one plays CS anymore, but the spirit will remain. Second, I've decided to add a tweak page dedicated to the nVidia Geforce FX 5200 video card which is limiting my BF2 game play, so check back for that :). (It'll be on the left side navigation bar under Community.

The patch 1.2 is a real disappointment. 1 out of 10 stars at best. It created a bunch of new bugs and the so called "performance gain" has rendered the game unplayable by some video cards and for others..has made their fps drop quite a bit. Here are some movies that shows some of the new bugs:

Some updates...I have made a new spraypaint for anyone who wants it. It's basically PwH in big bubble letters, but it sure does look nice. I haven't been adding to the website lately, not that it matters. I play DoD:Source for the first time and here are some first impressions. (I will be writing a review when i have time). First, it runs really nicely on my system, which is a plus. The sounds are amazing, and so are the graphics. (even on low).

By the way...I added a crapload of images into the media section, so check them out. I put in mostly BF2 images since those are more appealing. Also, since i don't have a lot of time, I am going to put all the links under Battlefield 2 to link to totabf2.com.

Remember, DoD:Source Free Weekend available tonight at midnight. Start preloading so you can play (it takes at least a few hours to dl it so do so now). You will need Steam to play it, but those who have CS or even care about anything having to do with Half Life/Half Life2 will probably already have steam. Since I don't have DoD: Source myself, I will stop cs for dod source..this weekend. Btw..for those who don't know what DoD: Source is...its basically BF2 / a deathmatch game with a WWII theme, and with the source engine...the graphics are amazing featuring HDR lighting and cool shader effects, so I would recommend getting it.

So one of our Generals is "retiring" from PwH, so we'll be missing him. I am planning to make enlistment a bit harder since now we are looking at a large variety of people and the CS part of PwH has a reputation of pwning in the hotel servers/cxt servers. Basically when I say "harder to enlist", recruits will have to go through the forums and request a form. Through your request, we will choose a form for the recruit. This system is not ready yet, so go to the recruitment office in the forum, and post your reply. Or...you can go to our old enlistment site at: http://www.imlin.com/bf2/bf2join.htm. I think its that site.

This is the first news entry for the new/old PwH. It is still undergoing beta testing and is still under development/construction. Our clan has a few members, so feel free to enlist. Our old website at http://www.imlin.com/bf2 still exists, so if you want to enlist, check out that site first, but now, PwH is going to replace the 22nd Airborne Infantry Regiment.

In other news, Steam is letting everyone play DoD:Source for free this coming weekend, so start preloading if you don't have the game. It is an oppurtunity not to be missed. Also, Friends Network is undergoing beta testing, so it should be released in the next few weeks/months. Who knows.

Right now, for PwH, most of the members play CS 1.6, which we all agree is far better (more fun/ better gameplay) than CS: Source, but if we may take a vote to move to source. It's just that some of our members are reluctant.
