About Us

If you are at this page, you are probably wondering what kind of clan we are. We are a somewhat lenient clan. There are no obligations for scrimmages or practices, and we mainly just play in the same server. We are pretty skilled as our senior members have been playing CS since the 1.3 version (Back before steam existed). This clan is actually a few months old, but this website is around Februray 8th, 2006. As of now, we have 4-5 really active members that play CS and/or BF2. Some of the other members are marked as reserved, meaning that they have stopped playing / participating in the clan, but their spirit still remains and they can return whenever they want.

We do have a few rules to the clan, and most of them are common sense / basic rules that everyone should follow. It is also a way for us to maintain a good reputation. There are only a few rules like hacking that can result in a perm ban from the server and from the clan. If you choose to join us, please remember that skill isn't a factor when we're deciding who can join and who cant, so if you aren't sure if you want to apply, just send in an application. We will tell you if you're good enough; you don't do that.

For a little history on us...

Our two senior members, Conscript Virus and raid135, have been in the CS world for a while. As I stated before, we started back when CS 1.3 was out, and we watched as more weapons/steam was added into the game. The biggest change was when Steam did come out. It was new and free (it was beta) and the friends network actaully worked.

We started way back...way before PwH existed. The first clan, which I formed myself, was HRT (hostage rescue team; based on the HRT CTs model by Djesse. That was back when I was on my crappy 8mb video card/400Mhz processor system. THe clan didn't last long due to the team leader not being able to play with a good 10-15fps. The picture below shows the old console before steam came along. It was me vs my brother on his beastly computer.

Then, Raid and I formed the agent clan due to our massive usage of the Desert Eagle and the agents from the Matrix. The old site still remains...sortof..here:

Slowly, the clan went out of popularity as we slowly stopped playing CS. So basically we weren't in a clan anymore. Then summer came around (no school) and so we started playing cs again, and we decided to form PwH. (Phalanx war heroes). There wasn't much thought in the name, but soon it stuck around...so yeah.
